Job Description

Wellways Australia Limited is seeking a Support Coordinator to deliver NDIS funded Support Coordination, helping participants design, manage and control their supports with capacity-building approaches.

The role is part time (30.4 hours) with opportunities for ongoing training and development, and perks including salary packaging and leave loading. The successful candidate will support inclusive, person-centered practice in Victoria.
