Lead and mentor a dedicated team of clinical and hospitality staff across a premium 100+ bed residence. Drive occupancy growth and community engagement for the service for a premium 100+ bed aged care facility on Sydney's North Shore.

Essentials nn
Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse.
n
Proven experience as a Facility Manager or Residential Manager in aged care.
n
Strong financial and operational acumen.
n
Demonstrated ability to drive occupancy and manage a large, multidisciplinary team.
n
Comprehensive understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards.
n
Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
n
