Job Description

Algolia is seeking a Senior Technical Onboarding & Engagement Manager in Sydney, Australia. You will lead complex onboarding programs, coordinating across Solutions Architects, Engineering and Qualified Services to deliver successful production launches.

You will drive delivery strategy, manage risks, and mentor peers while improving scalable onboarding methodologies and tooling. A solid background in AI, search, data integrations, and customer strategy is essential.
