Epson, a leader in printer and imaging markets, is seeking an IT guru to join our Pre‑Sales team supporting our growing office and commercial print businesses.

n

Reporting to our Team Leader Pre‑Sales, this role will act as a technical representative for our Victorian sales operations, supporting our sales team, dealers and customers.

Key Responsibilities n

n
Support cut‑sheet and large format print applications.
n
Configure, test, and troubleshoot print solutions in diverse IT environments.
n
Collaborate with the sales team & service team to understand client requirements and develop tailored solutions.
n
Provide technical pre‑sales support, including product demonstrations, proofs‑of‑concept, and customer events.
n
Lead technical presentations, training, and workshops to demonstrate the value of Epson technology to clients.
n
Assist with installations either remotely or on‑site at customer locations.
n

Highly Desirable Skills & Experience nn
IT Network Integration – Extensive knowledge of networking protocols and infrastructure; ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to network configuration.
n




Technical Pre‑Sales & Solution Design – Ability to translate customer requirements into effective technical solutions, product configurations, and service offerings; experience in presenting complex solutions to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
n
Print Experience (advantageous but not essential) – Background with A3 Multifunction Devices or Large Format printers (in Photo, proofing, signage, or textile); experience with third‑party print management software such as PaperCut.
n
Project Management and Collaboration – Exceptional communication skills and ability to deliver effective training; robust collaboration skills to work with cross‑functional teams; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
n
Qualifications or certification in these areas will be highly regarded.
