Surrey Downs Community Children's CentreJoin our leadership team and make a genuine difference to educational practice.Surrey Downs Community Children's Centre is seeking an experienced and passionate Educational Leader to join our 50-place, not-for-profit community service.Working closely with the Director, you will help guide the educational program and practice across the service, while supporting, mentoring and inspiring our team of educators.About the roleYou will:Work closely with the Director to guide and strengthen educational practiceSupport and mentor educators in their planning, programming and reflective practicePromote high-quality, child-focused learning experiencesSupport room leaders and educators to develop their confidence and professional practiceContribute to our QIP and ongoing continuous improvementHelp ensure the EYLF is meaningfully embedded across the serviceBuild positive relationships with educators,
