Reporting to the Store Manager, the Assistant Store Manager of our Rosebery Oxford Outlet is a key leadership position responsible for supporting the day-to-day success of the store.
You will work closely with the Store Manager to maximise sales performance, develop the team, maintain operational excellence and ensure the Oxford customer experience is delivered consistently.
