Retail Assistant – Giftorium | Myer Melbourne CBD
We are looking for a friendly and reliable Retail Assistant to join our team at the Giftorium within Myer Melbourne CBD for the busy Christmas trading period.
This is a seasonal chance running from 24 September **** to 1 January ****, where you will represent the S.Kidman brand and help customers find the perfect gift during the Christmas period.

About the Role
As a Retail Assistant, you will be working within the Giftorium at Myer Melbourne CBD, helping customers explore and purchase S.Kidman products during one of the busiest times of the retail year.
Your duties will include:
Providing friendly and helpful customer serviceAssisting customers with product selectionHelping customers find gifts and S.Kidman products to suit their needsProcessing sales and handling paymentsMaintaining a clean and organised retail areaSupporting the team during busy trading periodsAssisting with general retail duties as required
About You
We are looking for someone who:
Enjoys working with customersHas a friendly and approachable mannerIs reliable and well presentedCan work well as part of a teamIs comfortable working in a busy retail environmentTakes pride in providing good customer serviceHas previous retail or customer service experience, although this is not essential
Christmas Trading Availability
This is a seasonal Christmas retail position, so availability during the busy trading period is essential.
You will need to be:
Available to work across all 7 days of tradingAvailable to work weekends and public holidaysAvailable to work extended trading hours during the Christmas periodAvailable from 24 September **** to 1 January ****
Christmas Day will be the only planned trading day off.
