We're seeking an experienced Sustainability Programs Officer to deliver programs and initiatives that support residents to improve energy efficiency, reduce bill stress and access practical information on renewable energy and electrification.This is a hands‐on role combining project management, community engagement and education, with a strong focus on delivering positive outcomes for diverse communities.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and deliver household energy and sustainability programsPlan and facilitate community workshops, information sessions and eventsSupport residents with information on energy efficiency, electrification, renewable energy, rebates and available support programsDevelop educational resources, promotional materials and community communicationsBuild and maintain relationships with community groups, service providers and key stakeholdersManage projects from planning through to implementation,



reporting and evaluationMonitor program outcomes and maintain accurate records and reporting dataAbout YouExperience in sustainability, environmental programs, community engagement, community development or a similar fieldStrong project coordination or project management experienceExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsExperience delivering workshops, community programs or educational initiativesThe ability to communicate complex information in a transparent and engaging wayStrong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple prioritiesCurrent Driver's LicenceRelevant qualifications in sustainability, environmental studies, community development, social sciences or a related discipline will be highly regarded.At Chandler Macleod, we are committed to fostering a diverse workforce where everyone is welcome.
