Your key responsibilities will include:Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenantsCoordinating repairs and maintenanceManaging lease renewals and rental reviewsHandling arrears and ensuring compliance with legislationAbout YouWe're looking for someone who is professional, organised, and passionate about property management.
Ideally, you will have:Previous experience in property managementA current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate LicenseExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsStrong attention to detail and time managementA valid driver's licenceThe Agency is a premier property management group.
