We're looking for 6-month Max Term Contract a detail-oriented Reconciliations Coordinator to join our Client Finance team.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring payments are processed accurately, accounts are reconciled on time, and any discrepancies are investigated and resolved efficiently.If you enjoy working with data, solving problems, and delivering high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.What you'll be doing:Complete daily, weekly and monthly account reconciliationsInvestigate and resolve reconciliation discrepancies and outstanding itemsProcess payment transactions,
including EFT and BPAY payment filesGenerate and distribute client and vendor reportsRespond to payment and reconciliation enquiries from internal and external stakeholdersMaintain strong compliance and accuracy across all financial processesWork collaboratively with teams across the business to deliver positive client outcomesIdentify opportunities to improve processes and efficienciesThe role is responsible for executing client reconciliation and payment functions while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and excellent service delivery.What you'll bring:Previous experience in a reconciliations, finance operations, accounts administration or similar roleExperience managing high-volume transactions and account reconciliationsConfidence working with financial systems and large datasetsStrong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracyExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong organisational and time management capabilitiesAbility to manage competing priorities and work to deadlinesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsA collaborative approach and the ability to build strong stakeholder relationshipsA proactive, customer-focused mindsetWhat's in it for you?
