We're seeking a highly organised and proactive Grower Services Administration Officer to join our team in Yenda.
In this diverse role, you'll support grower services, transport coordination, and winery operations while building strong relationships with growers and key stakeholders.
Duties include maintaining grower records, coordinating communications, supporting transport administration, and assisting with vintage operations.What you'll be doing:Managing grower records,



contracts and databasesResponding to grower enquiries and coordinating communicationsSupporting transport administration and invoice processingAssisting with grape receivals and vintage administrationLiaising with growers, transport providers and winery teamsSupporting weighbridge administration and reporting activitiesWhat you'll bring:Previous administration experienceStrong organisational skills and attention to detailExcellent communication skillsConfidence using Microsoft Office and database systemsFlexibility to work additional hours during vintage periodsSuccessful applicants will be required to complete a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol testing.
