You'll support our legal teamsacross all family law matters — property, parenting, DV, spousal maintenance, financial agreements and divorce — with genuine autonomy and a team that has your back.What you'll be doingPreparing and drafting legal documents such as affidavits, consent orders, financial statements, and other court documentsConducting legal research and analysis to support solicitors in preparing for client meetings and court appearancesLiaising with clients, external parties, and the courts to gather information and progress mattersOrganising and maintaining electronic and physical files in an efficient mannerProviding administrative support to the Family Law team as neededWhat we're looking for1+ years' experience as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal,



preferably in a family law environmentStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and stakeholdersExcellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressureProficient in using legal software and MS Office suiteA compassionate, empathetic approach with clientsWhere we areBrisbane CBD, Aspley, Gold Coast, Capalaba (We can consider out of CBD placements).
