This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.Key responsibilities:Assist the Property Management Team with the management of leasing and property management authorities, lease documents, and other documents and forms in compliance with legislationFile incoming invoices for processing by the Accounts team and occasionally process time-sensitive invoices for paymentManage arrears, including preparing arrears reports, sending notices, and following up with tenants (via phone and email)Assist the property manager to maintain ESM compliance across the portfolioEnsure tenant records in the system are accurate and up to dateBuild and maintain strong,
