The prospect n
We’re seeking an experienced, organized and motivated Site Manager to oversee multiple residential builds across Melbourne’s south eastern suburbs.
n
You’ll manage construction from start to finish, coordinating trades, maintaining quality and safety standards, and keeping clients informed throughout their building journey.
Your responsibilities n
n
Deliver quality homes within agreed timeframes
n
Schedule and coordinate trades and subcontractors
n
Maintain site safety and meet OH&S; obligations
n
Monitor workmanship throughout every stage of construction
n
Build robust client relationships and provide clear, timely updates
n
Monitor and control expenditure against the ETS budget
n
Resolve site issues and collaborate with the wider construction team
n
About you nn
Experience managing multiple sites within volume residential construction
n
Strong knowledge of the building process from start to finish
n
Excellent organisation, scheduling and problem solving skills
n
A client focused approach with strong communication skills
n
An established trade base and the ability to build reliable trade relationships
n
A motivated, proactive attitude and a willingness to contribute to the team
