The role
You'll take land development projects from raw dirt to titled lots. Budgets, programs, consultants, councils and clients: you keep it all moving. You'll also mentor the next generation of PMs and help set the standard across the business. This is all familiar to you.
You'll bring
Solid Victorian land development PM experience, consultant-side or developer-side
A background in civil engineering.
Commercial sense and a cool head when council comes back with RFIs
The ability to juggle several projects, all at different stages
Patience with people and valuable humour.
Take home: $160k - $180k p/a plus Super, or thereabouts + on site car parking.
