Job Description

My Community Health is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our dedicated team serving the NSW Sydney East region. As a part time RN, you will deliver high-quality nursing care to elderly and disabled clients in their homes and community settings.

You will perform assessments, develop care plans, administer medications, and monitor health while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. AHPRA registration and 2+ years in community nursing are essential; drivers licence required.
