We are looking for an experienced Technical Business Analyst (Tech BA) with solid expertise in the Payments domain . The ideal candidate will have experience working on payment platforms, payment processing systems, and end-to-end payment transformation or integration projects. The candidate should be comfortable working between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business requirements into transparent functional and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities:n

Gather, analyse, and document business and technical requirements for payment-related systems and initiatives.

n
Work closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners, Architects, Developers, QA, and external vendors.

n
Analyse end-to-end payment processes , including payment initiation, processing, authorisation, clearing, settlement, and reconciliation.

n
Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories,



functional specifications, process flows, and acceptance criteria .

n
Translate business requirements into technical requirements for development teams.

n
Support API and system integration requirements across payment platforms and banking systems.

n
Analyse payment flows and identify gaps, risks, dependencies, and process improvements.

n
Work with technical teams to define data mapping, field mapping, interface specifications, and integration requirements .

n
Support SIT, UAT, and production implementation activities.

n
Investigate and analyse payment-related issues and coordinate with technical teams for resolution.

n
Collaborate with stakeholders on payment transformation, migration, modernisation, or platform implementation projects.
