Job Description

Bloom Hearing Specialists in Sydney CBD is seeking a Customer Care Coordinator (casual) to be the welcoming face of our clinics. You will engage with customers, audiologists, and the team to ensure qualified, effective experiences.

You will schedule appointments, guide customers through devices, resolve concerns, support marketing, and assist with admin. Full training provided for any hearing aid repairs.
