About the Role: Xperience Xscape Travels is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Client Support Agent . In this role, you will assist clients with vacation planning, booking support, destination information, and general travel assistance. You do not need prior travel industry experience — we provide complete training to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities n

Assist clients with travel questions through email, chat, or phone

Provide basic travel information such as destinations, accommodations, and requirements

Send confirmations, itineraries, and follow-up messages

Take notes and maintain accurate records

Provide friendly, skilled customer service

Learn and use the travel tools provided during training
