Job Description: Brewer’s Assistant & Bartender

Zig Zag Brewery – Portland, NSW

Zig Zag Brewery is growing and we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Brewer’s Assistant / Bar Tender to join our team.

This is a unique opportunity to work across both brewery operations and front-of-house in one of regional NSW’s most exciting and quick-growing breweries.

The Role

The position will involve a mix of:
Assisting with brewing operations and packaging
Keg handling and cellar duties
Bar service and customer interaction
Venue setup and event support




General brewery and hospitality operations

What We’re Looking For

Ideal applicants will have:
Hospitality and/or brewing experience
Current RSA
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment
Passion for craft beer and customer experience
Brewing or cellar experience
Cook or venue experience
Social media or event experience
