Job Description

Minor Hotels' Elysia Wellness Retreat in the Hunter Valley is seeking a Front Office Supervisor for a full time role. You will help lead the front office, coach staff, and ensure warm, guest-focused service from arrival to departure.

We require 2+ years in front office or guest-facing roles with supervisory experience, robust communication, and a calm, qualified presence. Rotating shifts including weekends are required.
