Novotel Melbourne is seeking a Group Reservations Supervisor to coordinate day-to-day operations for group bookings, ensuring seamless experiences from enquiry to arrival. You will lead a team, coach staff, and collaborate with Sales, Revenue and Front Office to maximise hotel performance.
