We are seeking a confident and professional Senior Dental Receptionist to join a friendly, busy dental practice in Panania. This is a fantastic prospect to become an integral part of a supportive team while enjoying an excellent hourly rate.
About the role n

Manage the front desk and provide a warm welcome to patients
n
Coordinate appointments and maintain a busy appointment book
n
Handle telephone and email enquiries professionally
n
Process payments, health fund claims and patient accounts
n
Support recalls, treatment bookings and general administration
n
Assist with the smooth day-to-day operation of the practice
n
Deliver a consistently high standard of patient service
n

Confident managing a busy front desk
n
Excellent communication and customer service skills
n
Professional, friendly and well presented
n
Highly organised with robust attention to detail
n
Reliable, proactive and able to work well within a team
n
What’s on offer nn
$38–$43 per hour + super, depending on experience
