Job Description

SeaGen Aquaculture on Phillip Island seeks an Experienced Shellfish / Hatchery Technician to lead Sydney Rock and Triploid Pacific Oyster larval runs and support nursery operations. There are prospects to expand production into other shellfish, marine invertebrates and seaweeds.

The role suits someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem‑solving and making improvements, with shellfish experience highly valued though transferable skills are welcome.
