Job Description

Canberra Health Services (CHS) invites applications for an HP2 Social Worker based at The Canberra Hospital in Garran, ACT. This full time position is temporary for 11.5 months with the possibility of extension and permanency.

You will deliver clinical assessments and evidence-based interventions within a multidisciplinary team, supporting recovery, resilience and wellbeing for adults experiencing complex mental health challenges.
