Job Description

Community Solutions Group is seeking an NDIS Support Coordinator in Maryborough to help participants achieve greater independence by assessing needs and coordinating supports within their NDIS plans.

n

You will build strong relationships with participants, families and providers, manage billing targets and maintain accurate case notes, using Excel and other IT tools. This full time role offers a supportive setting with up-skilling opportunities and salary packaging perks.
