Your Role n

As part of our dedicated team, you’ll provide person-centred support that helps participants live more independently, confidently, and connected to their community.

Key Responsibilities nn
Personal care
n
Domestic assistance
n
Community access & social support
n
Transport to appointments and activities
n
Meal preparation
n
Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care,



Mental Health, Community Services or similar
n
Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
n
Blue Card
n
NDIS Worker Screening Check
n
National Police Check
n
Driver Licence
n
Reliable, comprehensively insured vehicle
n
Smartphone Experience & Skills
n

Experience nn
Minimum 6 months experience in disability support
n
Experience supporting people with disability
n
Hoist training highly regarded
n
Solid communication and relationship building skills
n
Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
n
Comfortable using CRM systems such as ShiftCare
n
Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
n
