Working as part of our production team, you will perform hands-on duties across various stages of the textile printing and manufacturing process. The role is active and practical, involving standing, lifting and moving materials throughout the day. Every day is a little different as you work across the production workflow.

Key responsibilities

Operating and assisting with digital printing and heat press equipment
n
Loading and unloading fabric and materials
n
Measuring, cutting, folding and handling fabric
n
Packing and preparing finished orders
n
Moving materials around the workshop
n
Assisting with quality checks
n
Keeping the production area clean, organised and protected
n
Helping with general warehouse and factory duties
n
Assisting other team members to keep orders moving and meet deadlines
n
