Qualifications & experience n
n
Certificate III in Electrotechnology Electrician and/or Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
n
Experience working as a team player that contributes to positive work culture and can work autonomously
n
Residential and Commercial experience desired.

Tasks & responsibilities nn
Lead and support a team of technicians on residential,
commercial, and industrial electrical jobs
n
Coordinate daily job schedules and ensure tasks are completed on time and to high standards
n
Provide in office supervision and ensure compliance with safety and quality procedures
n
Communicate clearly with customers and team members to ensure expectations are met
n
Assist with planning, quoting, and ordering materials for upcoming projects
n
Mentor apprentices and junior staff to build skills and maintain team culture
n
Report on job progress, variations, and any issues to management
n
