WARIS AND AMBER PTY LTD - t/a SHOWGROUND EATERY in Castle Hill, NSW, seeks an experienced Chef to join a contemporary dining team. The role focuses on Italian and up-to-date Australian dishes, including wood-fired pizza, with an emphasis on fresh ingredients, quality, and presentation.

You will lead kitchen efforts during busy service, train staff, and ensure consistent high standards across breakfast, lunch and dinner offerings. This is a full time position with market-competitive salary.
