$100,000 Per Annum + 12% Super

Monday - Friday | Day time hours with the occasional evening or weekend function.

Located at ANU Bruce Hall

Working with a excellent team and experienced chef to cater for the clients retail spaces and events.

The Person

n

n
Experience in food and beverage management
n
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive outlook and professional manner
n
Experience in workplace health and safety issues
n
Strong communication with client, staff and customers
n
Holds a current WWCC or ability to obtain one
n
Intermediate computer/Microsoft office skills
n




Has a current RSA with the knowledge of managing a liquor licence
n

The Position

Responsible for stock control, budgets, staff mentoring and training both front and back of house
n
Plan and organise events
n
Manage labour and food costs
n
Lead and manage staff members
n
Maintain client and customer satisfaction
n
Perform administrative duties
n
