Job Description

Budget Direct is seeking Customer Service Consultants for our North Lakes office to support customers through their insurance journey with empathy and efficiency. You will help customers from first contact to resolution and guide renewal decisions, showcasing the value of staying with Budget Direct.

This permanent, full time role includes a 12-week onboarding, a agile rotating roster, and a generous incentive scheme, with a start date in November 2026 and a focus on growth and wellbeing.
