About the role n

Support the People and Culture team with employee relations matters, pay, workers compensation, learning and development, onboarding and exiting
n
Provide timely, accurate advice to managers and employees on the Award, legislation, and People and Culture policies, procedures and processes
n
Help implement and maintain HR information systems, and keep People and Culture records accurate and up to date
n
Administer the end-to-end recruitment process and join selection panels from time to time
n
Assist with developing and delivering workshops, organisational programs and learning and development initiatives
n
Administer employee programs including reward and recognition, sponsored study, wellbeing and career development
n
Skills & Experience nn
Tertiary qualifications and/or relevant experience in organisational development, human resources or learning and development
n
Solid problem solving and creative thinking skills
n
Knowledge of human resources information management systems
n
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
n
High-level time management and prioritisation skills
