MTL Marcoola is seeking a motivated and reliable process worker to join our team at our manufacturing facility in Marcoola, Queensland. As a key member of our production team, you will play a vital role in the processing & inspection of our high-quality plastic products.
Key responsibilities n

Adhering to all health, safety and environmental policies and procedures

Collaborating with team members to identify and implement process improvements

Inspect, process and pack
n
Maintaining a clean and organised work setting

Providing support to the production team as needed

About you nn
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment advantageous
n
Solid attention to detail and problem-solving skills
n
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions accurately
n
Flexible and adaptable approach to work, able to handle changing priorities

Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical dexterity
