Harwood Property Agents is looking for a motivated school leaver or someone at the beginning of their career to join the team as a full time Real Estate Trainee. This is an chance to get paid while obtaining your real estate qualification/licence and learn the industry from an experienced team, qualified sales coaches and industry specialists. You'll get hands-on experience across the entire real estate business and work alongside an experienced senior team in a small business where you'll be exposed to all aspects of real estate.

Open homes and attending auctions

Learning the sales process from listing through to settlement

Front desk, phones and client service

Assisting multiple sales agents

Coordinating offshore support team
