The Role

We are currently seeking a operator to join our team as an Aggregate Spreader / Float Driver. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in spray seal operations or floating plant and equipment—or someone with the right attitude and a willingness to learn.

What You’ll Need to Succeed
HC Licence (minimum requirement)
Construction Induction Card (White Card)




A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work well in a team environment
Robust attention to detail and commitment to safety
Based in Melbourne Metro or surrounding areas

Desirable (but not essential):
Experience in spray seal or bitumen operations
Experience operating an aggregate spreader truck
Familiarity with floating plant and equipment
