Competitive rates plus project allowances depending on the projectWork on major commercial and industrial construction projectsOpportunity to take on Leading Hand responsibilities and mentor apprenticesJoin an established Australian-owned company with over 25 years in the industryBe part of Endfire's growing Darwin construction teamKey ResponsibilitiesInstallation of fire sprinkler and fire protection systemsInstall and connect pipework, pumps, hydrants, hose reels and associated equipmentTest systems using air or water pressure to ensure functionality and complianceRead and interpret plans, drawings and technical specificationsConduct inspections and ensure work complies with Australian StandardsMentor apprentices, coordinate daily onsite activities and assist other team members to achieve project outcomesLead small onsite crews where required, ensuring work is completed safely and efficientlyFollow all workplace health and safety procedures and participate in site safety activitiesWork effectively within a team or independently to complete project tasksComplete relevant documentation and obtain customer sign-offsAbout YouExperienced Sprinkler Fitter (or equivalent trade qualification) with the ability to lead small onsite teams and mentor apprenticesExperience installing fire protection systemsAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and specificationsExperience leading or coordinating onsite activities would be advantageousStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanshipAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong commitment to workplace health and safetyCandidates must hold valid Australian working rights
