We aren't just looking for someone who can follow a recipe; we're looking for a Chef who understands that a perfectly poached egg or a beautifully presented roast is an act of care.In this role, you'll take the lead in our kitchen ensuring our residents enjoy nutritious, high-quality, and delicious meals in a warm, community-focused environment.What You'll Be DoingPrepare and cook fresh, quality meals for residentsComplete food preparation and bulk cookingPrepare texture-modified meals in line with resident dietary requirementsComplete general kitchen duties, including dishwashing and clean‐downMaintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and cleanlinessFollow relevant dietary and food service requirementsWho You AreYou hold a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)You've worked in a quick‐paced kitchen, and while aged care experience is a plus, a background in hotels, hospitals, or busy cafes is highly valued.Someone who is reliable,



organised and comfortable working independentlyA willingness to learn the specific requirements of aged‐care catering, including IDDSI and texture‐modified food preparationWhy Join Us?
