You'll manage the complete travel journey for your clients - from the initial enquiry through to the booking and beyond.You'll be responsible for:Designing personalised travel itineraries based on your clients' interests, needs and budgetsManaging all aspects of the booking process from start to finishBuilding strong,
lasting relationships with clients through personalised service and expert adviceWork with leading travel suppliers and make use of strong preferred suppliers, Virtuoso and Luxury Travel Collection relationships to deliver added value for clientsDeveloping repeat and referral business through outstanding serviceKeep your destination, product and industry knowledge current so you can provide confident, informed adviceWorking autonomously while contributing positively to a collaborative boutique teamAbout youWe're looking for someone who already understands the travel industry and knows how to sell through consultation, relationship building and great service.You'll ideally have:2–3+ years' experience as a Travel Consultant/Designer, preferably within leisure or luxury travelA demonstratable history of successful travel sales and enquiry conversionExperience using a GDS (Sabre & Tramada preferred)Excellent communication, listening and organisational skillsA high level of attention to detailThe ability to manage multiple clients and competing prioritiesA genuine passion for creating memorable travel experiencesYou'll be well travelled with strong destination and product knowledgeMost importantly,
