We wholesale our products to many retail stores throughout AUS & NZ, as well as operate a number of eCommerce websites (some our own & some on behalf of third parties)Your RoleWe are currently looking for a reliable and diligent Warehouse Coordinator to run our small but agile warehouse.
You will have full ownership of this task and the role is completely hands on.Your ResponsibilitiesReceiving stock and putting away into stock locationsPicking products accurately according to customer ordersScanning products into computer programs as requiredPacking stock efficientlyGenerating and sending customer invoices in hard copy and via emailLoading incoming stock into stock management systemProcessing returns and generating credit notesSending stock via couriers and Aust PostCleaning warehouse and office spaceCommunicating via phone and email with customers on stock availability and delivery timingAddressing customer needs and concerns as quickly and effectively as possible to develop and maintain strong relationshipsUpselling and Cross selling of productsRotating stock so that the warehouse runs efficientlyServing walk in customers as required and processing orders through Square and point of sale devicesSkills RequiredComputer skills using different software applications (MS Office and CRM systems)Stock management skillsInterpersonal skillsTime management skillsCustomer relationship skillsPrioritisation skillsAttention to detailAbility to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneouslyStrong numerical skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsForklift License (ideal/but not essential)SalaryThis position is paid in accordance with the Storage Services and Wholesale Award ****.
