Duties & Responsibilities:Take on your own small, clean portfolio of propertiesNo leasing duties or BDM dutiesRoutine inspectionsPrepare forms and other admin dutiesEntry and exit condition reportsMaintenance and repairsSkills and experience required for the role:Ideally 6 months of experience in a similar roleA current QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration is essentialAvalid driver's licenseStrong communication skillsExcellent attention to detail
