banks and other solicitorsManaging pre-settlement and settlement requirementsElectronic settlements through PEXADealing with requisitions, adjustments and settlement issuesProviding clients with clear and practical updates throughout their transactionGeneral property and conveyancing mattersThere may also be opportunities to become involved in more complex property matters and leasing depending on your experience and interests.
From time to time, you may also be required to assist with Wills and estates matters as part of the broader practice.About YouWe are looking for someone who:Has solid experience in NSW residential conveyancingCan manage a conveyancing file from instruction through to settlementHas experience with PEXAHas a strong understanding of NSW conveyancing practice and proceduresIs organised, reliable and highly attentive to detailCommunicates confidently and professionally with clientsIs comfortable dealing directly with clients, agents and other professionalsCan work independently while also being part of a small teamTakes ownership of their matters and follows through on deadlinesHas a genuine interest in property and providing quality legal service
