Based in New South Wales, we operate some of Sydney's leading event and hospitality venues, including Le Montage, Conca D'Oro, Oatlands House and Curzon Hall, along with a collection of bars and cafés.Casual - Kitchen Hands Wanted - Immediate StartWe are looking for reliable, hardworking and experienced Kitchen Hand to join our culinary teams across our Sydney venues.With our busy events and wedding season underway, we have a large number of shifts available, including long event shifts, evenings, weekends and peak-period work.This is a great opportunity for experienced Kitchen Hand who want to work plenty of hours and maximise their weekly earnings, with applicable weekend penalty rates and overtime rates paid in accordance with the applicable award and employment arrangements.Location:Curzon Hall – MarsfieldAbout the RoleWorking as part of a busy events kitchen, your responsibilities may include:Assisting chefs with general kitchen dutiesWashing and cleaning dishes, utensils and kitchen equipmentMaintaining a clean, organised and hygienic kitchenAssisting with food preparation and basic kitchen tasksSupporting chefs and the broader culinary team during busy service periodsKeeping kitchen areas clean and compliant with food safety standardsAssisting with receiving, storing and moving kitchen supplies when requiredWorking efficiently as part of a high-volume events teamAbout YouTo be considered for this position, you:Must have previous experience working as a Kitchen Hand in a commercial kitchenHave experience in events, functions, catering, hotels,



restaurants or other high-volume kitchens (desirable)Are reliable, must turn up for shifts or will not be rostered to work againAre comfortable working long shifts and busy service periodsAre available to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as requiredMust have valid working rightsMust currently be based in Sydney – applicants outside Sydney will not be consideredWhy Join Navarra?
