MacKillop Family Services is seeking an After-Hours Staffing Facilitator based in Preston to coordinate staffing, fill shifts and support residential staff after hours.
This is a permanent full time role within our National After-Hours Service.You will work with teams to solve last-minute challenges, stay organised under pressure, and communicate effectively to ensure calm, safe, and high-quality care for young people, while supporting carers when needed.
