About the role:
n An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Accounts Payable skilled to join a growing organisation undergoing significant finance transformation and process improvement initiatives.
n
This newly created role will work closely with the Accounts Payable Manager and Financial Controller to review, improve and document AP processes across a complex multi-entity environment. The position will play a key role in helping build scalable, effective and standardised processes to support future growth and integration projects.
n
This is an ideal chance for someone who enjoys a mix of operational Accounts Payable, process improvement and project work.
Key Responsibilitie n
n
Document and map end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
n
Support and coordinate AP transformation and process improvement initiatives.
n
Work closely with finance leaders to identify efficiencies and best-practice solutions.
n
Review and enhance reporting, KPI dashboards and operational insights.
n
Support improvements across expense management processes.
n
Drive project outcomes through effective stakeholder engagement and change management.
n
Provide recommendations to improve AP controls, governance and operating procedures.
n
Assist with broader finance transformation projects as required
n
About You n
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
n
n
Strong Accounts Payable and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process knowledge.
n
Demonstrated experience in finance transformation, process improvement or project-based AP roles.
n
Excellent process mapping and documentation skills.
n
Robust stakeholder management and communication capabilities.
n
The ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced and evolving workplace.
n
A calm, adaptable approach with the ability to manage changing priorities.
n
A team-oriented mindset and willingness to partner closely with operational leaders.
n
Experience improving reporting, KPIs and operational processes within a finance environment.
