nWe're on the lookout for full-time Customer Service Consultants to join the team in their Sydney CBD office. This is more than a job - it's a chance to make a real difference to everyday Australians who need support navigating life's trickier moments.n
What you'll be doing: n

Handle inbound customer enquiries via phone and email
n
Help customers through their loan application journey with care and clarity
n
Work cross-functionally with internal teams to progress applications
n
Provide timely updates and solve problems with a sense of urgency
n
Bring empathy, warmth and active listening to every interaction
n
Keep things moving - follow up with clients and partners to stay on track
n

What we're looking for:

Clear, confident communicator with outstanding listening skills
n
Empathetic and solutions-focused - you genuinely care about helping people
n
Resilient and adaptable in a high-volume, fast-paced workplace
n
Tech-savvy, accurate and confident juggling multiple systems
n
Contact centre experience is a big plus, but not essential
n
