Job Description

Serco is hiring a Caseworker for the Return and Reintegration Assistance Program (RRAP) in Australia. You will provide person-centred case management and support to eligible non-citizens needing assistance to voluntarily leave Australia or a Regional Processing Country.

You’ll work with clients, government agencies, service providers and community organisations to navigate the return process with dignity, delivering protected, high-quality and timely outcomes.
