Job Description

Gibson Howlin Lawyers is seeking an experienced Insolvency Lawyer to join our Corporate & Commercial Law practice in Sydney. This is a full time position based in our Sydney office with flexibility.

The role involves advising on insolvency matters, drafting pleadings, negotiating with creditors and appearing in court, with collaboration across insolvency practitioners and advisers. NSW admission and 4+ years' post‑admission insolvency/tax experience are required.
