What You'll Be Doing
Delivering exceptional guest service within our luxury hotel environmentTaking food and beverage orders and ensuring timely, accurate delivery to guest roomsCreating memorable experiences through personalised and professional serviceBuilding rapport with guests and anticipating their needsWorking closely with culinary and hotel teams to deliver seamless serviceMaintaining high presentation, service and cleanliness standards
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in hotels, in room dining, room service, executive lounges, premium restaurants,



or similar hospitality environmentsA genuine passion for guest service and creating memorable experiencesStrong communication skills and attention to detailAbility to work effectively in a fast paced environmentQueensland RSA CertificateFlexible availability across a 24/7 roster
