We're all about creating fun, energetic and memorable experiences for families, and our Kitchen team plays an key part in making that happen.About the roleJoin our Kitchen team as a Full-time Kitchen Hand, supporting our chefs and wider Kitchen team to keep our busy resort kitchen running smoothly.This is a hands-on role where you'll assist with dishwashing, cleaning, basic food preparation and maintaining clean and organised work areas.
You'll work as part of an experienced kitchen team and help maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and cleanliness throughout each shift.This role would suit someone who is reliable, hardworking and enjoys practical work in a fast-paced team environment.DutiesWash and clean dishes, utensils and kitchen equipmentAssist chefs with basic food preparation as requiredEnsure food items are stored and labelled correctlyDispose of waste and recycling appropriatelyRestock cleaning supplies and keep work areas clean and organisedFollow food safety,
hygiene and workplace health and safety proceduresSkills & experiencePrevious Kitchen Hand, Kitchen Steward or similar experience is desirable but not essentialReliable, punctual and willing to get involved in a hands-on roleStrong attention to cleanliness, hygiene and detailAbility to work autonomously and as part of a teamFood Safety Certificate or equivalent is desirableFlexibility to work a rotating roster including evenings, weekends and public holidaysCulturePeople enjoy working in our Kitchen because it is energetic, hands-on and team focused.
